The City of Long Beach has established Protocols for your business. The requirements below apply to all hair salons and barbershops. In addition to the conditions imposed on hair salons and barbershops by the State Health Officer, which may be found at https://covid19.ca.gov/industryguidance/, hair salons and barbershops must also be in compliance with the conditions laid out in this Hair Salon and Barbershop Protocol. This protocol must be implemented and posted prior to a business operating.
